In our case, we had a mix of experience. The first day was a bit dry, but days 2 and 3 got better and better.

Has a good breadth of knowledge and storied background. Able to look at our legacy code, and make suggestions on how to test, and make designs easier.

Not really many challenges. The big challenge is to make sure everyone is on deck, and ready to contribute tests. Our infrastructure is already in place, so it's just a matter of contributing
