  • Date entered: 2018-02-01 00:35:08 UTC
  • Course rating: Very Good
  • Most useful learnings: How to setup the development tools and workflow for writing test code. I came out with a different mindset for developing in a batches, which is different than the way that I learned to write software.
  • Concepts v exercises: Good balance
  • Presentation v discussion: Good balance
  • Course improvements: I would have liked to see some pre training day material to get in the mindset and prepare myself for the training.
  • Exercise rating: Very Good
  • Exercise improvements: I think that the exercises are well structured and build us up to using tdd on our own projects.
  • Instructor comments: I liked the pace of the lecture portion and the amount of discussion during the hands on activities. The instructor has a great deal of knowledge and experience.
  • Better prepared: Much better
  • Start tomorrow: I feel that I can start utilizing tdd. I will need to continue to practice and learn in order to overcome some of the challenges in getting tests off of the hardware.
  • Challenges to applying: Don't see very many.
