Course materials on Web is the best for me because I can use my PC and the materials are prepared very well.
Rate of the exercise is also pretty good. I think it is better to do things actually than just learning on the desk.

Challenges to applying:
I had challenge in applying TDD which is to obtain time for TDD from time to develop production code. I had to develop production code quickly so I couldn't prepare much time for TDD.
