• Course: TDD for Embedded C
  • Date entered: 2021-11-06 19:47:15 UTC
  • Course rating: Very Good
  • Most useful learnings: The TDD principles. Fail, Pass, and refactoring.
  • Concepts v exercises: Good balance
  • Presentation v discussion: Good balance
  • Course improvements: The embedded part of the course was a bit vague. Important topics such as, for instance, interruptions and tests on the hardware should be discussed.
  • Exercise rating: Very Good
  • Exercise improvements: The test list was always given. It would be interesting to make an exercise from scratch.
  • Instructor comments: The instructor was very pragmatic and well prepared.
  • Better prepared: Moderately
  • Start tomorrow: Well, I could start tomorrow to apply the principles, but with certain limitations ( long build time, legacy code and so on).
  • Challenges to applying: The extra time needed (especially at the beginning when I do not have a lot of experience) and building time.
  • Other comments: The platform was very good.
  • Legacy code workshop: No
  • Recommend to others: Yes
  • Quote permission: No
