• Course: TDD for Embedded C
  • Date entered: 2014-12-10 16:47:57 UTC
  • Course rating: Excellent
  • Most useful learnings: Almost, lots of interesting parts as I have covered these topics before but do not practice much. Most interesting thing for me was the cyber-dojo and the test framworks, e.g. cpputest
  • Concepts v exercises: Good balance
  • Presentation v discussion: Too much presentation
  • Course improvements: Towards the end there was slightly too much presentation
  • Exercise rating: Excellent
  • Exercise improvements: More time to complete
  • Instructor comments: Very good presentation style. Though could assume less, i.e. called a Taiwanese, Chinese. Opps!
  • Better prepared: Bring it on!
  • Start tomorrow: I will do this at home because I can not see it happening at work, unless management pushes it. Most things you have taught, I have pushed in the past and been shouted at, only for the same person who shouted it down to claim it as his own idea!
  • Challenges to applying: Depends on your team lead/manager. Its very political here.
