Almost, lots of interesting parts as I have covered these topics before but do not practice much.
Most interesting thing for me was the cyber-dojo and the test framworks, e.g. cpputest

I will do this at home because I can not see it happening at work, unless management pushes it. Most things you have taught, I have pushed in the past and been shouted at, only for the same person who shouted it down to claim it as his own idea!

Depends on your team lead/manager. Its very political here.
