Initial time investment to get components at a point where we can start using TDD

From a tester perspective some of the exercises can be hard to follow but this is intended for hands on coding to be able to start implementing TDD so for developers I think this was extremely useful and also provided the testers with a much better perspective of the goals of TDD and how we can provide input to the development process.
