Probably. Still a newbie, but willing to give it a shot.
Challenges to applying:
Huge legacy code base. Most new features leverage off of existing code, so much refactoring is needed before true TDD can be applied. Also, tight coupling with application frameworks makes it sometimes feel as if our code is simply an extension of the application framework.
