Most useful learnings: new code testing concepts. Discovering different ways to approach code design and implementation. Understanding the benefits of close coupled test/implementation

Concepts v exercises: Good balance

Presentation v discussion: Good balance

Course improvements:

Exercise rating: Excellent

Exercise improvements: Possibly more time to allow completion of the exercises but I understand that time is limited and that there is a lot of ground to cover in a relatively short period of time.

Instructor comments: Very personable and knowledgeable on a wide variety of s/w development subjects, not just tdd

Better prepared: Much better

Start tomorrow: Sadly not... Current project is at critical pre-release stage with 3 weeks left to go - out of a 10 month development cycle (in fact, my project manager wasn't overly happy that I was on the course for a whole week...). After first release, I do plan to ensure that unit test are added to existing code and that proper tests are produced as new code is developed.

Challenges to applying: Buy-in to produce test for existing code. Buy-in is already there for new implementations
