  • Instructor comments: I thought James' understanding and experience with the material were excellent. He was always able to call up real examples to illustrate his points. Also; he was able to handle questions in ways that showed he not only understood the questions but also understood the answers.

  • Start tomorrow: Yes and no. I have the tools to do it myself; but rolling it out to the rest of the group in an appropriate manner will take some time.
  • Challenges to applying: 1. Applying it to our mountain of legacy code. 2. Change is hard. I will need to present it to the team in a way that resonates with them in the same way that it resonates with me in order to get them on board.
