Exercise improvements:
The first exercise was interesting (circular buffer) but the follow up was sort of beating a dead horse as they say without introducing anything new. However, the third exercise which introduced cpputest mocking was interesting again.

The legacy code is very resistant to being unit tested without refactoring first.
